These two guys, Stephane and Vladimir, are unbelievably unprofessional! We booked an engagement shoot and they chose the date August 12 9am. A couple days before, I emailed them to make sure we're still on. They respond a day later saying yes, we are still on, to bring water and he would let me know where to meet shortly. So come August 12th as we were getting ready, we still haven't heard back from them! I message them to ask where should we meet? Then I message again, where are they? By 11am we had heard absolutely nothing, no call, text, or email. It was the most bizarre thing, they sent an email the day before saying we're still on and then they vanished! Obviously, we're thinking something bad happened so I send another email asking if they are ok. I never got any response for another 6 DAYS! At that point I was scared, thinking these guys ran off with my deposit. And definitely did not want them to do our wedding anymore. Imagine they did this on the day of our wedding. Told us they would be there and suddenly dropped off the face of the earth. They were not responding to their phones or emails. So I decide after 5 days to send emails texts and a Facebook message saying I don't know what happened to you guys, I don't want you guys to do my wedding, please just refund our deposit. Finally, the second guy Vladimir responds only to Facebook, saying he's been on his honeymoon, saw all of my Emails and messages, but assumed Stephane was responding to me. I expressed my frustration and the situation and he promised he will have Stephane call me asap. That night, still no phone call. The next day I am furious and demand they refund my money asap for breach of contract or I will seek legal action! Finally Stephane on the 6th day emails saying he's sorry, he was out of town and his phone was broken! Seriously?! You schedule a video shoot, tell us the day before that we're still on and then disappear for 6 days?! As if he didn't have access to a computer or a telephone to let us know anything! I told him, if you told us you were out of town, we would have understood. Whatever the reason was we did not want to have them at our wedding, they can't be trusted. Stephane wanted to do an urgent video shoot to make up for it and said if we wanted to cancel after the shoot that it would be ok. I respond saying we appreciate that, but we don't feel comfortable going with a company who can be so unresponsive. What if this was our wedding? Luckily he agreed to refund our money and mail us a check after our phone call on August 17. A week goes by and no check. We aren't too far away, how long can the check take to arrive?! And why couldn't he have etransferred like I originally did? I email a week later asking where the check was? Obviously, no response to my email. I have my fiance call a couple days later and Stephane says he sent out the check the day before. Okay, that put us at ease. Another week goes by and still no check! Our stress levels of course rise because we just want this to be done with! My fiance tries to call him Aug 31, no answer. He calls Vladimir, no answer. After 2 whole weeks we still get no refund and no response. At this point I am livid and stop being nice and send a nasty message saying they must be scammers, I need to go to the cops. A nasty message will go farther than a nice one! I genuinely believe Stephane mailed the check and did not believe these guys were scammers. But, seriously after 3 weeks of dealing with their unresponsiveness, failing to show up to a scheduled shoot and further unresponsiveness, we have been patient enough! We just want our refund back! Finally Vladimir responds to my mean Facebook message and now decides to Etransfer our refund. Why they didn't do that in the first place, I don't know. Thankfully we got our refund back after 3 weeks of stress. Stephane messages me saying he did sent the check and I should be patient and how because it's our wedding he CHOSE to refund us. Wow. I think we have been patient enough, no? Stephane had a previous failed business. Big surprise.
