Simply horrible. Does not call back. I have been trying to get my photos which are owed to me. Do not recommend at all. Makes empty promises. I will be taking legal action.

Our limo service with Inpan was affordable and it got the job done: The driver was on time, the limo was well air conditioned, and we had no problems. Plus, Inpan's wife works at Desserts ETC and if you get a cake from her, he'll usually deliver it (saving on delivery cost). I highly recommend!

Hired them for video service for my wedding. The guy was completely lost. Was constantly in the way and disruptive during all events. The cherry on top was that there was NO SOUND on all the footage (at least 70% and when there was sound it was mono and very low) Already paid the guy in full so people beware

With regards to Limo service at Video Maruty: STAY AWAY!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The worse service on my wedding day! we rented 2 limos and one old mobile for my wedding in may 2012. We were told each limo fits at least 10 people. 1) On my wedding day, the limo driver who came to pick up the bride to bring to church had no idea how to get there!! That despite the fact that I have sent all the adresses few weeks in advance, you would think limo service would take care figuring out the directions beforehand! I, the bride, had to use my iphone for directions to the church!!! Unacceptable! 2) no air-conditioner in the limo. Everybody in limo was dying of heat. I arrived sweaty to the church, sweat was pouring down my dress, it was horrific! 3) on groom side the driver was giving us hard time to fit 10 people in the limo and refusing to take more than 8 4) The Limos were rented for 6 hours: 1:30-7:30. One of the drivers asked us if we could go earlier to the hall so that he could be home by six "not to make his wife mad" Excuse me??!! 5) We were charged taxes for the services, 15%. The day before we received request from the owner of the company to give CASH to the driver of the rest of the payment (about 70%). Which means that the company probably will not claim it and hence will NOT pay taxes on this transaction. This is very shady. If you gonna ask for cash as a payment then dont charge us taxes. Please stay away from this company if you want to have less headaches on one of your most important days in your life. The most unprofessional service you could ever get. There are dozens more limo companies in Montreal, so please take your money somewhere else.
