This is the most HORRIBLE leasing company ever. I don’t even care to go into major details, they aren’t worth it. All the 1 star reviews are telling the truth. Nasty, unprofessional staff, dirty home, broken appliances that take forever to get fixed. They don’t care about their tenants, it’s all about money to them.

I would be weary of the positive reviews you see, they always ask for reviews with a “win a gift card motive” which is just tacky. I highly doubt they are accurate. I work in multi family property management and have to care for the needs of over 700 residents on a daily basis. If I treated my residents the way these folks do, I would be fired in a heart beat and unable to find work. If you have nothing better to do with your life and love to have chase repairs and answers for follow up, this is the company for you. You will NEVER get a call back and have to send multiple emails and or calls just to get another run around. The customer service is so lacking and they have the audacity to send a renewal reminder with no information on rate changes when you have less than your required lease time frame to give proper notice. I am not sure 100% how it works for rental homes, but I am required by law to give a minimum 65 written notice to my residents if I am increasing their rent otherwise they only have to give a 30 day notice. I will be researching this for sure. I agree with the other residents, when I moved in the place was God awful filthy, for the Love of all things holy, there was dog hair in the oven... gross! They came and so-called “recleaned” which was no better by any means. It took almost 3 years to have the ac replaced, during this time EVERY single electric bill I received was between $300-$500! Absolutely ridiculous! The previous mantinence they had, Margo said he had been telling them for years it needed to be replaced. Low and behold, as soon as it was finally replaced, my bill dropped to no more than $180 for a summer month. And they really have the nerve to say there is an increase... the only person who is actually kind is a Donna and Jessica. However, don’t plan on making an appt to have a home opened that you may potentially be interested in leasing at a higher rate, they won’t show and have no common courtesy to even contact you, again, I had to call and ask email as I was waiting outside a home one of my very precious days off. The saga continues, I have been waiting on a repair for almost a month with numerous requests for updates and I get crickets or the run around.... Look elsewhere if you are a property owner or potential renter! They will have you holding your breath for any and everything!

(They painted everything in latex paint without prepping and it started peeling off in 3 foot pieces cabinets, doors and baseboards.and now don't respond to emails) wasn't too bad until they began to fix things without permission and then charge me for it and then when i take over 1 of my houses again theres over $5,000 in damage to everything and good ole texas homes and realty takes the money from the deposit to pay for the things i never authorized and give me around $350 back from the deposit, do yourself a favor go with someone else. more headache than they are worth

I've worked with Jackie Wallman for many years and finally got around to writing a long overdue deserving review about the team at Texas Homes Realty. First and foremost, this group is professional and have always been courteous and thoughtful. They genuinely care about everyone they do business with. I've been in meetings with them about how to improve their business and the main topic has always been about the best interest of their customers. I can't say enough good things about them and would vouch for this team any day without hesitation. Sincerity and integrity seems to be the norm with this company and not the exception. I would recommend anyone to this company and their amazing team.
