My Wife and I searched all summer for a contractor to build our build and deck. We went to the home and garden show to get some ideas and during our search we were very impressed by the display of S&P. There quote was about $10,000 less then classic landscaping and in all honesty you get what you pay for. What we got from S&P was the most amazing wrap around deck and it’s the talk on our street. People were coming to our house each day to ask us who is building our deck. Rob who is one of there workers did a amazing job all by himself and was completed less then 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again to finish our landscaping.

Sterling & his crew were very professional and courteous. They worked through some pretty awful wind storms to get our fence done in a timely manner. The fence looks great! We would definitely use S&P again.

S&P did a great job on our deck and fence! We had S&P build a deck and fence for our new home. We needed the fence and gates built quickly as we have a little dog. The team was amazing and the fence was complete in a day and a half! We were pleased with the whole team, everyone was professional, respectful and hardworking. They kept us up to date on timing of work and were happy to do exactly what we asked for (we asked for skirting with a little storage hatch on our deck, they were happy to do that for us). The cost was very reasonable for the exceptionally high quality of work, we would use S&P again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We just had our old and very long driveway replaced with stamped concrete and aggregate border. S&P's quote for the job was competitive with others but where they stood out was their communication and how quickly they got the quote to us. I'm very glad we chose them because they were so easy to talk to about the job and our driveway looks great. Steve and his crew did an excellent job and we're very happy with the end result. So happy with them that we've asked for a quote for new siding.

S & P worked on my exterior fence just a few months ago and we are so pleased with the results. The consultation was so helpful and concise, Sterling gave us great advice and clear explanations as to what was required to complete the job. The quote was detailed, clearly understandable and we thought very worth the reasonable price. This company is timely, professional, reliable, and helpful - I would reccommend them to everyone. Tear down of our old fence and new posts being poured only took 1 day and then fence was done and completed a day later. The guys who did the fence were friendly, hardworking, quiet, and very respectful. You can feel safe having these guys working on your property. If you want your project done right and on time you can trust S & P Construction.
