I have worked with Paramount on a number of projects and they are always fantastic. Attention to detail is second to none. Easy for me to recommend Paramount to anyone and I have done so many times

I had contacted them asking for a quote on a set of stairs from a balcony on the main floor of my home which is a walkout, down to my backyard. I was asked to come in for a meeting and was unable to so they told me if I sent in pictures and measurements it would not be a problem to get a rough idea of what it would cost and then we could set a meeting at that point. I followed up multiple times over the next month and had still received nothing from them, multiple times I was told "you will receive it tomorrow" or " you will have it by the end of the day" and still nothing. Then they ask me to book an appointment again after I complain about it taking so long, beyond frustrating. I understand that an appointment would need to be made for them to give me an exact number but if this was such an issue why not say that from the start? In the time I've wasted waiting for them I could have hired another contractor and maybe even had the project completed by now. The complete lack of respect for my time and the lack of communication was very disappointing and I will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. I hope I was just the unlucky person who got this horrible customer service, they were polite on the phone and profession in emails as well but it was just a huge waste of time, I would say for all involved but they didn't do anything or spend any time trying to help me. I hope they can learn from this and realize they dropped the ball on this one big time. keep this in mind when dealing with them.

I highly recommend the team at Paramount Custom Decks. Their projects are always well organized and they have a high attention to detail. They look out for all their customers needs and wants. They build some of the biggest, most beautiful decks in Alberta. Look no further when planning your dream custom deck.
