The staff at Ideal Sundecks were professional, courteous and precise. Paul is very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all our questions. He provided us with the information needed when deciding on the enclosure that was best suited for our structure. The quote and drawings were completed quickly and the initial quote was the same as the final bill. Even though their schedule was full, Paul managed to get our project completed before the snow fell, which was considerably earlier than what was expected. The team who built our sunroom was professional and efficient. Their skills, attention to detail and commitment to high quality work are appreciated. We had a wonderful experience working with Ideal Sundecks. Not all contractors are created equal. For us, Ideal Sundecks is the pinnacle of contractors! We highly recommend Ideal Sundecks. Thank you for going above and beyond Paul! Lisa and Steve

We love our new privacy wall/railing that Paul and team installed. We were happy that we went with Ideal Sundecks, as their product is superb compared to other companies we checked out. They are very customer focused and make sure you are 100% happy with the product. Now all we need is more sun so that we can continue to sit outside and enjoy our cozy deck space!

We are very excited about our newly-completed sunroom. This was a net new addition to our house and involved a significant demolition component. Craig did a fantastic job on construction and Paul was very helpful with navigating us through the permitting processes, ensuring we received project updates, and keeping the total final cost to the original quote. We used Ideal Sundecks through a referral from a friend and have already recommended them to another friend. Would definitely work with them again!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Paul at Ideal Sundecks. Paul went above and beyond with his customer service and maintenance job on our sun room. My husband Darwin was impressed with the dedication and pride that Paul took to get the job done and completed correctly. We would recommend Ideal Sundecks to anyone. They stand behind their name which is important in today's market.

Ideal Sundecks was a great business to deal with from beginning to end on our patio cover project. Paul and his team are very professional and knowledgeable of their products and provide excellent workmanship and service. We are extremely pleased with the patio cover designed and built by Ideal Sundecks and know we will enjoy it for many years. We highly recommend Ideal Sundecks to anyone needing this type of product.
