Very poor customer service. Did not build the trailer as asked for. They are cheap for a reason. You will pay for it in the long run. Will never buy here again. Buyer beware!

I looked into SWS when I needed a deck built on my truck. let's just say I didn't get what I paid 14K for! I've been welding the deck back together ever since I bought it. The paint was extremely poor after I showed it to another shop for repair. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here.

Very very poor customer service. Had a custom dump trailer built. Roy the sales rep hung up the phone on us. He seems he can talk but doesn't care about the customer. Don't trust him. Left gaps in doors that allow material to fall out. No tarp hold back so tarp has nothing to hold onto without falling off. Bought trailer with 24k axles combined but the sticker was only valid for 20k. That was a headache on its own. Ramps bent even had wheel chalks to keep the trailer from moving. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Not sure how to add pictures or I would show the poor workmanship on this trailer. As well Roy mentioned to call him then email and talk like men. The issue is he is very rude on the phone and finds every way out and has his say and once you try to discuss your concerns he hangs up . Very unprofessional. Buyer beware. Last trailer we buy. We had bought others but not again. And we were looking to purchase 2 more trailers. Their loss for not working out a $500 fix for a $25,000 trailer.

Just pick up two G/N Trailers. Great Price, They had them in stock ready and was on the road in an hour. Nice staff to deal with.
