First time buying a vehicle and I loved it! However in the first month it spent more time in the shop than it did in my driveway. Everyone was fantastic while i was trying to get it fixed, at their cost by the way. In the end it was going to just cost to much money so they bought it back and I found something I love even more. Everyone I dealt with (Justine, Noel, Molly to name a few) were very professional. I would definitely recommend them if you're look to buy a vehicle.

I rented a truck from D&D Sales to use for a month while I was working in a very remote area. Later I went to open the tailgate and it wouldn't open. I called D&D and spoke to the sales manager, he asked me to come in but I said I was already 2 hours away from their shop and on my way to work in Northern Alberta. I said that it was annoying but I would just have to carefully lift stuff into the box. At least it was jammed in the closed position! He agreed and I continued on my way. About a week later, I'm driving and the tailgate comes off! Not just falls down and drags by the tailgate ties (because for some reason they were not attached) but actually comes off and tumbles down the road! I assume the tailgate ties were not attached and had been just stuffed down the sides which is why it was jammed in the first place. I called and explained the situation and said that I was 12 hours away from their shop (and 2 hours away from any body shop) and I would just have to take the tailgate off until my work was finished and bring it in. I also sent pictures. Not too much was said, they seemed apologetic which I expected since I could have killed someone if they had been driving closely behind me. When I returned the truck the sales manager told me I would have to pay for this damage. This shocked me and I considered canceling my credit card so they couldn't charge it but I have great credit and didn't want to mess it up by dealing with a car lot's collection's agency. They told me they would call me in a couple of days with the cost. They estimated about $700, they would give a good deal. They didn't call and I wasn't going to call them to take my money. After about 3 weeks, I started to assume that they had come to their senses and realized that this was a cost they should incur since they had rented out a vehicle with faulty components. When I got my credit card statement, I had a charge of $2086.00 from D&D Sales, 27 days after I returned it! No phone call, no email, no text message. Just a charge slipped onto my credit card. Beware of all those reviews that praise their conflict resolution. I suspect they are written by family and friends of the salespeople. The only negotiation I received was me standing there explaining why I should not be responsible for this damage and the sales manager standing there repeating over and over, "You will have to pay for this, it is your responsibility."

We bought our last two trucks from D&D Sales and are very happy with the service we received from every department. Kyle, our sales rep, was very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

We recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Kyle. I would highly recommend Kyle. He took tons of time on the day we picked it up to explain all the features of the car... thanks Kyle we absolutely love our new car!

My family and I have bought 4 vehicles from Noel at D & D and he was very up front, honest and professional with us. We were and continue to be treated very well by him. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from him when we are in the market.
