Had my boat trailer re-wired and had been smooth sailing ever since. Original work was all wrong and causing shorts all the time. The crew took a bunch of time over the weekend when they were supposed to be closed to make sure they found the problem and made it right. This customer service was far beyond anything you expect to see. Thank you so much.

I am very upset with this dealership. After seeing an ad on Kijiji, which had been posted 12 hours prior, I called the owner of the trailer and he and I made a deal for me to purchase it. I headed for Lacombe early this morning to purchase the trailer. When I thought the dealership would be open, I called them to let them know I was coming to get the trailer, one of two consigned, and was assured they were both still available. This was after nearly two hours of driving. I then received a call from an owner/ salesperson at 4C, telling me he wanted the trailer and it was not available for sale, but I could purchase the other one for almost double the price. After another conversation with the owner of the trailer, and being assured the trailer was to be sold to me, the owner/salesperson still refused to sell it to me, said it was at his home, and he wasn't going to get it as he had been instructed to do by the owner. At one point he offered to pay my gas, so I sent him my gas receipt, but I won't hold my breath for that either. Talk about lousy customer service!! I hope the owner of this trailer is ticked enough that he refuses to sell it to this guy.

Have been having trouble with my trailer lights and these guys were the only ones willing to deal with it. The lights were originally installed strangely and has lead to a great deal of issues. The guys here have invested a tonne of time and efforts getting it right for me. I would highly recommend dealing with them. Very personal and honest approach towards doing business.

Bought new 38' hydraulic ramp trailer ,gooseneck with all the bells and whistles. Last December I went over a frost heave inSangudo area with a full load of product and gooseneck hitch broke off trailer and I come skidding to a halt on the out riggers on the pavement., fortunately nothing spilled from trailer and no accident occurred! I was instructed to bring it back to Lacombe for repair. I just got trailer back from this outfit April 18. I paid for repairs as they said trailer was overloaded! It took four months for a three day fix! Absolutely no warranty of any kind. And don't get sold on their so called 232 roadside insurance because that doesn't exist .i would never recommend this trailer flogging company to any one.
