The quality of trailers are great but the customer service is horrible ( THE OWNER). I went to rent a trailer, ended up we had some confusion with the paper work. The Owner called me and we both got little upset on the phone and I had to turn around from my trip to go back to trailer shop to straighten it out and when I asked the guy "if this is how he always talks to his customers" he lost it. I made the decision to unhook trailer Because I knew he would try to take my damage deposit when I got back for no reason( Which he tried to charge a friend from work $800 for chipped fenders on dump trailer which were already there, Luckily my friend took photos and never had to pay). I live in the area and thought it would be good to support local I was wrong. Be very cautious when renting/dealing with this company.

Good trailers. The guy working there is grumpy and has trouble speaking politely.

Cut me a deal on a rental trailer and saved me $200 that I was going to spend if I went with U-Haul. I would use them again.

Lots of inventory. Prices are easily beaten by going to the city (Edmonton). Sales person I spoke with wasn't the brightest candle on the cake. Also, he didn't listen to the things I said the trailer needs to have, so I was constantly repeating myself.
