The staff here is always more than happy to help, in any way, and the variety of product they sell is outstanding!

The owner took advantage of our ignorance. We have never brought stuff to an auction before. We called Jeff and asked how much commission they would charge and he said 20% if the amount you sell is under $2000, and 12.5% if it's over $2000. So I asked, ok, so to be clear, if I bring all my stuff and it sells for over $2000 the commission will be 12.5%? He said, yes that's right. I said ok, that sounds fair, I'm confident that the amount of stuff I'm bringing should total more than $2000. But he conveniently left out the fact that the commission applies only per pallet, not total sales, so if you each pallet sells for more than $2000 the commission drops from 20 to 12.5%. He also didn't mention that they take a minimum $50 commission off the top, for each pallet sold, so the first $50 of each pallet goes to them. He informed us of this after the sale. So this is why they break everything up into as many pallets as possible, I can't imagine what you would have to have on a pallet to sell for more than $2000. If I knew this I never would have brought anything there. The amount of commission ended up being about 50% of the total sale amount. We only made 2000 on all the pallets.. they took 1000! What a scammer! Never again!

Very disappointed, can't understand how they can take another bid after they had already said sold. Seems like they cater to who they like
