Just wow. Marc just lies all the time. Gives dates. Gives excuses. Nothing good comes out of him. I ask for a bumper sent him the picture. And I didn't receive what I wanted after almost 4 months. He even blocked me on Facebook. I ask to have the plates redo cause the final product with the led pods is horrible. They do like they want and don't care about their costumers. STAY AWAY FROM THAT HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Answer: Like always it's not your fault. It's the customer's fault. If I could upload pictures people could see how the lights don't fit the holes like the pictures you post on FB. I wanted to send it back but you continue to argue that it is good blablabla. I have all the conversations. So now I wrote on a public page you try to make it feel like it is my fault. We had an arrangement you change the inserts so the lights seat tight in the holes without having half an inch of space all-around. But you blocked me just after. So you think I'll write a good review?? What a joke.

They did an excellent job building the slip tank exactly how I wanted it done and gave me an amazing deal on a headache rack. Took a little bit longer than expected but definitely worth the wait. Would shop here again.

I couldn’t be happier with my bumper from MLine! Marc is great to work with and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service!

Customer service is no good. They'll give you a timeline and then when they don't meet it it's impossible to get ahold of them. When you do finally get in contact with someone they'll give you a "oh a few days" answer continually until it's been weeks. Original timeline given by them was 3 weeks, 10 weeks go by and there is still no resolution. Bad reviews on Facebook that describe the exact same issues are all either deleted or blasted by the page saying that the customers are lying. You can still find some of these reviews on Google however.
