Dan has done years of commercial work for our company, Top 40 Woodworks. He is very up front and honest, and always does his best to offer excellent customer service. The building industry has many delays & unforeseen circumstances that can be very trying to everyone involved in projects...but, Dan always manages to adapt, and make the best of all situations.

I ordered a deck from them 5 months ago, was told 3 week eta if not sooner, two months ago I finally get a call that it is completed, they would not accept visa and insisted on a cheque before they shipped me the deck, so I sent them the cheque in August and they Chashed it in August, we are end of October and I still have no deck, they won’t return my phone calls, they won’t return my emails, and they have now blocked me on Facebook as I attempted to write them a bad review and sent them a private message. This company took $17,850 of my money and has not delivered a product, very bad at communication through the whole process, and failure to deliver a product and lack or response to rectify the situation. Their word in August “not to put out any distrust but we require money before we ship your deck” they use the word trust against you to get your money and not deliver a product!!!
