In early April we requested an estimate for our vinyl deck and new cedar/metal railings. A very charming, knowledgeable man came, measured and explained what needed to be done to correct our problem. We explained that we also want to replace our 2 connecting wooden decks, stairs and railings and will stage the project depending on costs. He advised that someone else in the office does the actual estimating and we would have a quote in 2 weeks. One month later, we contacted Deckadence asking about the estimate to be told by the salesman that he was on vacation but would get back to us when he returned in a week "to continue the conversation". Why a "conversation" as he told us he's not the estimator!! So, 2 1/2 months and no estimate. I don't know whether Deckadence does good work - or just takes good pictures. Very disappointing.

We have worked with Aaron and his team at Deckadence on several projects throughout the years. We continue to work with them as they provide the best quality of workmanship and above that, they are the most professional group of contractors out there. They show up on time (even early) to be able to start in a timely manner each day. The team are so respectful, friendly and polite. They are also are very mindful of their surroundings by cleaning up after every work day. We cannot say enough about this company, and the people that represent them. Our home (inside and out) has become beautiful thanks to them!
