Steve renovated my kitchen in 2013. The kitchen turn out really well. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism. Always kind, polite and willing to listen to our ideas. He was very respectful of the timeline and finished the work on time. We would definitely call him again if we do other renovations around our house and we would recommend him 100%.

We recently employed Steve to build us a very large front deck (1200square feet) We were so pleased with the results that we had the back deck built. We really appreciate Steve's professional approach to getting the job done. He is always courteous, efficient and prompt. The price he quoted on the decks was very reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve for any projects. Thanks Steve for the great work! Jill and Neil Phipps

We had the best experience with Toolbox Renos! The results were amazing and more than we expected. We are very pleased with Toolbox Renos and have recommended them to many people. Stephen was very easy to deal with and had some very good suggestions for my bathroom renovation. One suggestion actually ended up lowering the cost of the project, but because he felt it would look better and be a better a fit he suggested it; he was right about it looking great. Best renovation experience I have had and would continue to use and recommend Toolbox Renos without hesitation. Thank you again Steve

Buyer beware. Steve (owner of Toolbox) quoted a reno job for me, and although his quote was not the lowest, I decided to go with him because of his professional demeanor and positive reviews. I paid Steve a $2000 deposit about a week before the project was scheduled to start. The day before his scheduled start date, Steve cancelled on me via e-mail. He said that he was offered a job that would pay more money so he decided to cancel on me to take that job. I was floored, because of this I was set back in schedule by 3 weeks and had to find a new contractor for the work. Thankfully Steve returned my deposit, but for the unprofessional conduct and last-minute cancellation I cannot recommend Toolbox Renos.

We really enjoyed working with Stephen. He took the time, care and attention to let us know of any project changes while keeping the client in the loop as well. He made sure to include us in any decisions made which is very valuable to us as interior designers. The results were beautiful, all the while keeping the client and designer happy too! We would recommend Toolbox again for any other client taking on a washroom renovation. Thanks Steve!
