From start to finish, Atlas was timely, friendly and professional. We love our new deck! Thank you to the team at Atlas!

I had a disappointing encounter with Atlas Vinyl Sundecks. Despite their website's invitation to request an estimate they did not respond to my email request. After 4 days with no response I phoned the receptionist who acknowledged receiving my request and sent an email confirmation stating that their estimator should be able to do an estimate with the information and images I provided and send it to me within a few days. Nearly a month has passed and I have not received any response. The lack of communication from Atlas Vinyl Sundecks is unacceptable and seems to far too common these days. I can not and will not be able to comment on the quality of their work, as I have agreed to have the work done by another business that was very professional and responded to all of my requests within 24 hours. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for Atlas Vinyl Sundecks to improve their communication skills. Even if a project is something they simply do not want to take on because they are too busy or the job is too small, they should tell the customer that, not just leave them hanging.

Atlas replaced our sun deck, sun deck stairs and balcony surface and railing last summer. They overall did a great job. Kam and Jason did a meticulous job of laying vinyl. We had a few issues with the railing contractor that Atlas use but eventually it got sorted out. The owner Mason came by a couple times to make sure things were going well. He's a very nice guy with a good attention to detail. Also when our patio door installers cancelled a few minutes prior to arrival (Ugh, a1 windows), Atlas were great at rescheduling the vinyl install. All in all very happy with our new deck, stairs and balcony and will recommend Atlas Vinyl Sundecks to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with the work and craftsmanship Atlas did for me for a complete renovation of my patio late last summer. They were able to work within the budget I had in mind and were very responsive to resolve any issues that came up during the renovation. Their communication for scheduling the work can improve to better inform when the contractors will be onsite but over all this was just a minor issue and did not affect the quality of the completed project. I would recommend and use them again for another patio project.

I just want to say that everyone from Atlas Vinyl was wonderful to work with. We had our deck done two times previously with a return "warranty" visit that still didn't solve our problems with our deck. Gord came out and assessed the situation and we went ahead with the project. From day one we found out that the damage was more extensive and the job got a whole lot bigger. The guys on the crew went to work and we got the deck done. It looks fantastic! This company is very professional. From tidying up at the end of each day to being there for any questions we had over the course of the project and for keeping us apprised of any issues that came up, they were there for us. So happy! Thank you Atlas Vinyl!!
