Great products and service!!! Just had a pergola and privacy wall installed and we couldn't be happier. You can see the difference in quality compared to some others. Thank you

I love the beautiful railing and gates installed the fall of 2013. The service you provided this summer was really appreciated when a bear decided to climb over a gate and luckily only managed to break a bracket. AAA Aluminum deliver a replacement bracket and screws to my house when they were in North Vancouver. I can't thank you enough.

We are so impressed with the work that was done by AAA Aluminum Products. We decided to have our deck redone with new railings and a glass cover. We received quotes and decided that AAA provided us with the most in terms of product, pricing, engineering and experience. It was really important to us that the cover would handle the snow as we live quite high up. They were very professional and from quote to finish it was on schedule. Kyle and the install crew made sure that everything was done to our specifications. It looks amazing and we are so pleased that we now have a year round deck. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company installed our sunroom with aluminum frames and glass windows 4 years ago. It was not the best job we have seen before, but we decided to accept what it was as what it was. Over the years, we noticed extensive condensation in the room and water drippings in some corners. We thought it would be simply the condensation caused by heavy moisture of the west coast, but the water drippings got worse little by little beyond the level we could tolerate. Hence, recently I went up to the roof to clean the gutter after another day of heavy leakage. I noticed shoddy caulking job as soon as I got up to the roof. It was roughly done as if someone rushed to finish the job and get out as quickly as possible. I have videos to prove it if anyone wants to see it. (My point is that I am not falsely accusing an innocent business.) We called the company today at 8:40 am. Sales manager Bob Barnes answered. We explained the details to him. He told us that he was in the meeting and would get back to us. 4 hours later, no one came back to us. Since the water dripping was getting worse, we couldn't wait any longer. I guess it was one hell of marathon biz meeting too busy to make one simple phone call. We couldn't wait any longer because we wanted to fix the problem while the sun was out. We finally called someone else to fix the problem at 12:30 pm. He took a quick look and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Just as we suspected, it was a poor caulking job in the corner which was also agreed by the contractor who fixed it. The rain started pouring again at 4:25 pm, but it doesn't leak any more. I am truly glad that we decided not to wait for AAA Aluminum Products to come back to us and fix the problem. At the end of the day, here I am sitting in front of my computer wrapping up the day wondering did we make a right call? Nine out of ten, I believe it is right to have the original installer come and fix the problem, but I am glad we didn't do that this time. No one from this company bothered to call us back all day. It is understandable that they might have full hands on deck, but couldn't anyone just make one phone call to let us know that they wouldn't be able to make it today so that people wouldn't just sit and wait wondering what they were supposed to do? What kind of business practice are they performing? I wonder how they got over 4.0 rating, but in my book, they surely do not deserve it. Whoever reads my review, I hope you can understand that I didn't write this as a false accusation to hurt an innocent business, but under an obligation to share the right information with other innocent consumers like us. Hope this information helps for the business and the consumers. Peace......
