Econowise installed my deck cover with tinted/ tempered glass one week ago absolutely LOVE IT! We had one tiny leak after installation from heavy rain, one call to Lesley and they came back right away to fix leak. Thank you Lesley for your prompt and professional service, you are amazing! I highly recommend this company, in fact we will be installing another cover for our upper balcony. :)

Very happy with the patio cover. Our neighbors had one installed before us and referred them. The installers were very nice. Only reasons for deducting a star was the installer didn't really know all the details of the project when arriving so I had to remain onsite to instruct. Also, the contractors left small bits of metal from when they cut the metal components on the ground for me to clean up.

Our nightmare with this company started in August of 2017 and I am hoping that it has ended (with a very small reimbursement ($1,000.00 of our $30,000.00 investment) cheque in November 2018). I did my research and read all the reviews for this company before connecting with them. After the completion of our sunroom in August 2017 we had so many leaks!!!! We were told by Lesley each time to take a video and that "You are on my radar now." Each time the leak was "fixed" it was me that had to contact - Lesley never once initiated a phone call to see how the "fix" for the leaks was holding up. I found the communication with this company to be very poor and I have made this very clear to Lesley who said that "they are working on this issue." Good communication is the foundation of any good business One of our videos showed water pouring into the sunroom from the roof, running down the window to the ledge and ending up in a huge puddle on the floor. The video also included a second leak. When we showed the "expert" the leak we were told that the water pouring in was condensation!!!! We finally convinced the expert that this could not be condensation and the leak was "fixed" - only to have a leak in the same place when it rained again. Lesley then suggested that they use a stronger seal - we live in a rain forest and this "stronger" seal should have been used in the first place. Every time there was a leak we had to remove furniture from our sunroom to avoid further damage. After 1 1/2 years of leaking issues we hope that it has been resolved. I hope never to have to deal with his company again. When I shared this sentiment with Lesley she said that she knew that my review would be a poor one and I said that it would be an honest one. EconoWise has responded to my review. When we replaced our roof it solved only 1 of the at least 4 leaks in our sunroom. (one of the leaks called condensation!!!) The other leaks were a result of your work!!!! As experts you should have been able to determine that we should have replaced our roof prior to the sunroom install. It took 1 1/2 years and you could not come up with a solution for our last leak - replacing the roof!!! It was only when we told you that we were replacing our roof that you said that "That's good. I am sure this will solve the problem" A year and a half!!!! Rather than dismiss our situation as "situations like this happen" you need to recognize that it begins and ends with you - not only was your work frustrating to deal with but as I said over and over again your communication (the backbone of any good business) was very, very poor. We initiated all communication - you never once, Lesley, checked in to see if the work that was done on the leaks was holding up after saying so many times "You are on my radar." I have told he story many times of your comment Lesley that it was only the roof of the sunroom that was a problem - the rest of the work done on the sunroom was well done. This comment was made after I said to you that I was so frustrated with the work and just wanted the sunroom gone and our money back. Imagine being proud that it was only the sunroom roof that was a problem - we couldn't use the sunroom with a leaky roof no matter how well the rest of the sunroom work was done.

Happy we went with EconoWise! We had an old deck and wanted to rebuild with the addition of a cover. Lesley was both helpful and patient with our decision-making process and provided a competitive price on a cover and railings. Our lead installer, John, was also a pleasure to work with and his attention to detail was second to none. We are very pleased with the end result!! Have received many compliments (and our neighbours also decided on a cover from EconoWise).
