We left the dealership with a brand new trailer- a few km later it unhitched on a bump and the trailer rammed into the truck (luckily causing no damage). We were told earlier that the trailer could accommodate a 2" or a 2 5/16" hitch which was NOT the case. The company did bring us a new hitch as we were stuck on the side of the road but this could have been a much worse accident. Also the trailer took 12wks to arrive when they had originally said 6-7wks. Trailer itself is awesome but won't be sending business to them anytime soon.

We bought a 7x14 cargo trailer from Glen at Diamond West Trailer Sales in Cranbrook BC. He set us up with a beautiful black trailer with checkered plated trim, this thing looks sharp. Glen was easy to deal with and very knowledgable. They have lots of stock and we got our trailer in a matter of days. Darren helped us get hooked up safely and we left feeling very satisfied. Thanks guys Andy, Shea, Cody and Kristina Hawkford Holdings Ltd.

There's better options out there. Not recommend.

I recently purchased a Truck Service Body from Diamond West, I am from Kelowna so when I called to inquire I asked a number of questions and got re-assurance the deck was in "'Excellent"" Condition and needed nothing but new keys for the tool boxes. When the deck arrived in Kelowna we found the wiring had been completely cut out, there was a 6'' vertical crack in the frame, un-shown cabinet floors were bowed out, rear cabinet has extensive damage (shown in picture) and numerous other smaller issues. They will not return my emails or calls. Not a Company I would recommend doing business with.
