I had this company installed the patio cover and the screens on my sundeck. They were very professional and Randy work with me with ideas before settling on what I wanted done. Did the pricing so I knew what it would cost me before starting. The work was excellently done by all the workers. Recently had a concern and they came out within a very reasonable time. Friendly approach and conscientious I would recommend Randy and his crew to do your work

My experience with Randy has been excellent throughout. He put together an imaginative "vision" of my new deck, engaged top-notch craftsmen for the construction, and has since been very prompt and helpful when minor tweaks of the Lumon hardware were required. I had initial misgivings about installing the Covertec roof over the deck on the north side of the house, as I thought it would darken the area, which was already in the shadow of the house. To my surprise, it actually brightens the deck area at most times of day! The translucent roof intercepts rays of sunlight that would otherwise have passed over the deck, and diffuses them downward to the floor of the deck, illuminating areas of the floor that would have been in the geometrical shadow of the house. So I get more light even while keeping rain, and indignities offered by birds, off the deck. Guests for al fresco dining on the deck have all admired it.

We needed help with our west-facing patio and upper balcony that were constantly baked in the sun. Okanagan Covertec did a terrific job of building two stylish covers that have immediately impacted the amount of late-afternoon rays getting into our home as well as providing two rejuvenated outdoor spaces for that will get lots more seasonal use. Thank, OC.

Randy is one of the best people to do business! The job was done on time and budget. He even helped us getting the building permit as it was not easy dealing with city hall. We are very happy with the product and can now enjoy the sundeck all year.
