Great pricing. Had a warranty issue and look after me right away. Good place to buy a trailer. Thanks Jason

I just recently purchased a solid utility trailer from Jason @ Kitt Equipment Sales in Parksville. I found him to be very pleasant and accommodating. He took my trade in and gave me fair value and sold me the trailer I selected at a fair market price. During the transaction he was polite and friendly and would not hestitate to recommend him to my colleagues and friends. Trailer was ready on time as promised....Keep up the good work....

I bought a cargo trailer here after getting knowledgable advice without any pressure to buy. Friendly service, I'd buy here again.

Kitt Equipment in Parksville has got to be the worst place for customer service of any equipment dealership I have ever dealt with. Jayson is condescending , unhelpful and down right rude. Basic technical questions are met with exasperation. We left the lot shaking our heads wondering how they ever sell a trailer. Comparing notes with other equipment operators they had the same experience. Needless to say we bought elsewhere. Don't waste your time at Kitt Equipment Trailers if you want even basic customer service. I can't even imagine what it would be like to try and get any warranty service.
