We did have few different construction projects with Zamco and we were completely satisfied. If we have more construction business we will go with Zamco because of main factors such as: 1- Strong management on controlling our budget and time frame with the result that ends up without any problem. 2- Technical and workmanship: after finishing the job, we did not face any deficiency or problem in our project. In addition, we got very nice and clean detail in finishing work. 3-Profetionalist: Zamco made a very professional and honest relationship with us. As a realtor I am asked frequently to recommend a contractor for home and resort property renovations. I have been very satisfied with Zamco Construction and so have my customers. They do excellent work and are cost saving as well!

Mehdi and his team completed a bathroom renovation for us. Once the renovation started, he was quick and professional: he sent status updates with photos, remained on budget, and was clear about any changes he needed to make. We're very happy with our new bathroom.
