The owner was pleasant to deal with. He listened very well as I described the type of fence I had wanted. He also offered some ideas that would save me some money and make it more aesthetically/visually appealing. The workers were cordial and did a great job.

Another great experience. 2nd time we've had them build our fence, our previous house we were the fence envy of the neighbourhood and I'm sure we'll be again. Happy to promote and support this excellent local business.

I cannot review the work done by Wolfpak, because they abandoned the job after one hour of setting up their tools and marking out the location of the fence. There was a misunderstanding about the wood selection, and I inquired if it would be "a hassle" to swap out the wood while the post holes were being dug. The worker explained to me that the wood had been picked out the evening before and swapping out the wood at that point will be problematic. I asked them to proceed with the work and we discussed digging at least 4 feet deep. About 20 minutes later, a knock on my door ... the boss had arrived and was angrily complaining that we had made changes to our original installation specs and that he had had to visit the location twice. At that point, he had already had his crew load up their tools. I tried to explain that it was not my intention to stop the work and that there was a misunderstanding. But he wouldn't allow me to talk for more than 9 seconds (not joking). I asked that we discuss it, but he angrily stormed off. His crew apologized and explained that they had no choice on the matter. It is true that we had made changes to the original fencing plan, and had dithered on the installation of an extra gate. And he had had to visit twice before the installation date. But on the day of the installation, everything was settled, we had a quote from Wolfpak and had all the utility lines marked out. I had even offered the crew hot cocoa and everything was a go until the boss arrived. He was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

Terrible company do your self a favour and read this to the end!! first off they set a date to be here then did not show until over a month later. In the rain after it had been raining for weeks on end in the fall the yard it completely torn up all along the fence because of all the rain at the time. They charged me an extra $1000 for the style of over head rail i wanted they purchased the product from a 3rd party company they installed the supposed new rail system with vey large scrapes in the supposed powder coating of paint which looks like it would have been from using a fork left to move the rail that have lefty large scapes of exposed steel that were covered in rust the day they installed it. Another thing is I asked them about distance from the back lane I wanted it on my property but as far back as possible but still on my property that way if in the winter the grater goes by and causes damage it they would be liable, well ok they put the posts in the right place but the way they welded up the gate and placed the poles the gate has a brace that sticks out an extra 7" past my property line such ibwill now be liable for if it gets damaged by the city snow clearing. There are multiple sections off the fence that are still not tired down, multiple bolts on fence brackets that were left with the nut just barley threaded onto the bolt and loose all iver the fence, All of the man gates are set wrong and are a pain to open and close, the side man gate hinges are still left loose. I had to make them reinstall the entire front fence because they used a large jack hammer to make holes in my concrete and knocked out large pieces of concrete instead of coring a nice looking whole like they told me they were going to be doing before the job. I had to back fill where the large pieces of concrete were knocked out and it looks hideous. When they installed the front gate system the main gate pole that holds all the weight of the gate was so loose I could literally move it back and forth an inch each way, after I brought thus to their attention the installer lost his cool and started shouting out (am I going to tell him how to install the fence or am I going to let him do it.) But when they think that an 9 inch gap from the big whole they created knocking out all the concrete from my side walk is a proper instal well you be the judge on that. Also there are outstanding parts that have not been installed for the security of the back over head gate. The agreement before they did the job was that I was going to pay on completion. Clearly the job is not finished and they have been to my property 3 times now making threats and accusing me of not paying them and making a big scene say they dont think i have money to pay them. However the last time they showed up this past fiday they tried to install one the missing security part for the back gate, well the clearance is something I specified I wanted it at that height ok so they set it there however we agreed the first time that they have come back we agreed they were going to put a post in the ground. So the clearance is an inch in this spot the installer decides to attach this hokey 1 3/4" tall part were we caboth claerly see the part is too high and will cause damage to the gate system this guy argued with me for 10 minites about how he wanted me to unlock tge gate to see if it works ir not meanwhile this part is 7/8" past tge steel on the gate so tgat if i moved it at all it would bend the entire bottom of tge gate up to pass this piece they were trying to install. It got heated and i had to tell him straight if he didnt take it off i would cut it off before the 2 employeese began screaming and swearing about how that is what it needs to be and how they think i dont want to pay them cause i dont have the money again. And all this after the owner and I have an agreement that they were going to come back when it was warm enough to do the paint repairs but but also they were supposed to finish all the other issues on the rail system that's all rusted up that they installed
