Cannot believe there are so many bad reviews here. Honestly they are doing quite a great job - expensive material and decent work. If you get quotes from big companies you will realize it is the cheapest here. If you are trying to find individuals contractors, you cannot guarantee the quality and timing. Both myself and other 3 neighbors on my street used Killer Deck and no complains.

I have dealt with this company several of times and I think both the products and the employees do an amazing job. A lot of people speak about how there is poor customer service and how the owner doesn't know how to speak to his customers well. And my personal experience I think the owner has a lot of knowledge about the products and has the best prices. It takes respect to get respect.

My deck is absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond what I thought I could have afforded. So pleased. Thank you Steve and all the crew. I appreciate your hard work!

The woman who greets you won't let you get a word in, she talks fast and is most focused on the product she wants you to buy. They display their political affilliations which can present a problem if that is not your political party.

Called to see if they could help out with a Patio Door that needed blocked off and we needed some railing for a customer of mine buying a home. I told them we were recommended from another company to see if they had some railing. I was nice and introduced myself (even after it rang 28 times and the guy never introduced himself) and explained what we needed. After I said we needed some railing he said we were lied to he hung up on me. Little did he know my borrower did want to put in a $20K railing after closing, but per VA rules he needs it blocked off for safety reasons. I would never recommend this company just for this fact. They should change their name to Crappy Customer Service and Decks.
