We worked with Stacey at the Vaughan location, and she was awesome! She answered all our questions, helped us pick out the brand and colour we wanted to use and calculated all the measurements and pieces we would need to complete the project. She made it seamless and even helped us after the initial purchase with a few things we wanted to add. Thanks for your great customer service Stacey!

I've actually never visited the Toronto store, however I was fortunate to meet Stacey at a different Deck Store location and we communicated via phone and email. She is knowledgeable, reliable (always delivered on what she promised), took her time to answer our questions. I had been shopping for my deck for a couple weeks, I wish I met Stacey sooner! It was a pleasure working with her to finalize the design of my deck. Service was impeccable!

As a first time porch builder The Deck Store was a great choice to help me with my project. They helped me pick the right materials, got it delivered to me when I wanted and the overall product is very good. Stacey was particularly helpful throughout the process. I'll definitely use The Deck Store again when I replace my back porch.

If you're looking to build or renovate your deck, then a visit to The Deck Store is a must! Do not waste your time going to the big box stores that only carry 1 or 2 manufacturers with tiny samples to review...never mind their sales staff simply are not as familiar with the Composite/PVC products. The Deck Store has a huge variety of companies to choose from whether PVC or Composite...and the sample boards are properly sized so you can get a good look at the quality and color of each board. The Deck Store takes it one step further for the customer as they have laid the products on the floor fully assembled in a 'small deck pattern.' Alain, their VP, is incredibly knowledgeable about all the various products and quickly helped my wife and I narrow down our choices. We look forward to doing business with The Deck Store!

This showroom is located in an Automotive Mall-- however once you get inside it is deck paradise. All the products you need-- lots of variety. The most knowledgeable staff in the business paired with the finest team of deck designers in Ontario.
