Wow what a great place. These folks installed an amazing large commercial Pavilion just in time for our employee party. I highly recommend Dan and his team they were priced reasonably and did fantastic work.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE BUILD A DECK FOR YOU!!! Absolutely the WORST experience. They should stick with their prefab gazebos and pavilions. After telling me it was a 6-8 week project in October, I am still waiting for my new deck to be completed in August of the following year. They actually had to be reprimanded by the Building Commissioner of my town who eventually advised me to REVOKE their permit and hire someone else. I sent them an email firing them and they ignored it/claimed to have not received it and when they contacted me weeks later, I told them I would give them ONE LAST CHANCE to repair the code violations and damage they created. Instead they chose to walk away and leave the deck in a state of code violation. They fabricated one new deck and were to resurface an old deck. The old deck was in perfect condition except it would have been a different color. I came home the day they removed the board on the old deck to find nails sticking up, joists loosened, cracked support beams and in placing the beams for the new deck, they had torn apart my paver patio. I asked when that was going to be repaired and they told me they don't do that and I needed another contractor!!! That cost me an extra $1400 which they refuse to reimburse me for despite MA law stating that since they never mentioned that in their initial contract, they are responsible for the costs. Their workers spent more of each day smoking cigarettes, vaping weed and on their phones than working. When done, the building commissioner and I found over a DOZEN shims under the deck to try and make it level rather than repairing the structural damage THEY had caused. Then they hid behind their contract claiming it was there prior. They quoted me a deck with hidden fasteners and then I came home to find over 80 screws in the deck not even countersunk. That's when they told me they had to screw down all the perimeter pieces. I had to call the company myself to discover that there were screw covers so now I have plastic plugs in my deck. They mis-measured not once, not twice, but three times and ended up giving me a design that is not only unappealing but isn't symmetrical. Now no one wants to touch the project due to the Commissioner revoking their permit and my having to start fresh. The "owner" Dan Metzler is not only a liar but I suspect he has some sort of dementia as he kept forgetting prior conversations, contradicting himself in emails and even mis-measuring the same rectangular deck three times. Whole sections of the deck need to be replaced to make it code compliant including over 30 chocks of wood placed between the joists, some of which are not even nailed in or the nails are next to the board rendering the board useless. It cannot support any weight and poses a danger. This company cannot be trusted in any way.

Hands down the best customer service around. VERY knowledgeable on their products. Staff assisted us with ideas on my shed (shingle and wood color, transom window locations etc) and really took the time with us asking us just the right questions which assisted us in making our final decision on our perfect shed. My best advice to you is....the bigger the better!; splurge on the next size shed--you cannot have enough space. We have also purchased several Adirondack chairs and love them. Great color options and our furniture stays out all year long and never wears/fades/chips. These chairs may seem a bit pricey, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR--well worth the price.
