We spent years performing maintenance on a wooden deck and then a stone patio. We decided to look for an alternative type of construction and materials and visited The Deck Store. The Deck Store has showcased its products so clients may envision how the materials will look once installed. Christina, the sales agent, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. She explained the process and the advantages to using the various types of materials available. Christina was always quick to answer questions when required. Brandon, who was responsible for the design and construction of our deck, was respectful, meticulous and an excellent craftsman. All our deck requirements and objectives were met. We are very pleased with the deck and are looking forward to many happy years of use. In passing, we would like to add that we had a lot of fun throughout the whole process and would not hesitate in recommending The Deck Store to other prospective customers. Thanks Deck Store, Sandra and Richard

I went in to get a quote and the staff was friendly, i was told the quote would be ready in 24 hours. When i called another staff member answered and had no clue about my quote. I went in the next evening asked for my quote she told me they were really busy and the drawing i left was misplaced so they didn't do it. I just walked about and got my stuff from lowes with much better service and cheaper price. This was at the Oshawa location.

I was searching for a fairly unique (but excellent) material - Vekadack; the quantity I needed was minimal; it was just to finish off an older project. I had no luck getting a response from the original local supplier. I called Christina at the Deck Store and she could not have been more helpful. She was not deterred by the relatively small order, and had it filled and the product enroute in no time. I could not recommend this firm and its staff more highly. Outstanding customer care.
