Justin and Mike bent over backwards, to help me with my Yamaha Raider. The dealer I bought it from, wouldn't listen to me about an issue the bike was having. Kept telling me I didn't know how to drive a bike. Mike listened to me and discovered the fuel pump was defective. Justin ordered a new $600 pump, had Mike install it and at no charge to me. I didn't buy my bike at HPS, but they sure treated me good! My bike is running good now!

While traveling with our RV and Smart car in tow, the power cable had issues. Jonathan took the cable to have his tech clean it. We offered 2 times to pay, they refused. THANK YOU!
