Product is about a 5 out of 10 for build quality ,I found lots of burn through on the weld.s were the tubes went together as a result you could not insert the tubes into the sockets without removing the weld on the inside first. The instructions and customer service 2-10 The instructions leave a lot to your imagination. Nowhere does it tell you that you need to cut the holes in the sleeve that the tensioning tube runs through so you can use the ratchet straps to pull the tarp tight. We left the job for a couple more days just to get confirmation from Covertech before we did this. Seems to me they could have done this in house and stitched around the holes afterward to keep the slit from running. There response to this question was that the ratchet straps are not always in the same spot. However they are welded to the frame ( so what Moves ?). First time we got the wrong cover ! took a week to straighten that out. I bought from Covertech because I assumed they were all Canadian made. Box,s had a big made in China label GREAT! you know your in trouble when! I had Clyde's cell number because he wanted pic,s of the wrong cover they sent me, however when i sent him a text on A Saturday to clarify the Tie Down Situation NO RESPONSE great customer service ! especially after them screwing up the order the first time. It would have taken 5 minutes to clear up the problem . Thanks Clyde .

I put up a 20x10 garage for my boat 3 years ago. Great product, it has stood up to high winds and snow load. I am considering getting another one

Bought a portable garage back in 2014 - it failed in about 2.5 years, got another replacement cover in October 2017 - it failed by August 2018. Trying to get a refund from these guys, but not willing to reply - still waiting for Jason Cox to provide a refund...... Will not deal with this outfit again. I would stay away from Cover Tech. Not a happy customer and at this time not a repeat customer. Update - Nov 22, 2018 - if you read the owners reply it appears that he is going out of his way to offer me a discounted price - $100 off their list price doesn't even cover the shipping costs to me. It was never mentioned to me in any conversation that they had a known issue with this cover - yet chose to sell it to me anyways.... I have now paid twice for the same faulty tarp. Asked for a refund and obviously Jason doesn't think he should - what would you do ?

Cannot recommend their products. Frame is too weak to withstand typical Canadian winters. After 3 winters, with the structure that I have from them, it has issues with the frames bending on the door end of the structure. Damage has been caused by wind. With the shape of the structure snow does not stay on the top of the structure. In my opinion the gauge of the steel is not sufficient and the amount of ribs is insufficient. My neighbors inexpensive ShelterLogic structure, that is the same height and width, has held up in the same area for 5 years without an issue. Their claims that they have the strongest frames in the industry is false advertisement. There are other companies making similar products with thicker steel frames. It is unfortunate that they will not stand by their statements with a proper warranty on the frame. Oh well roughly 300 people viewed my structure this year alone, and can easily see the brand name on it. Until it fails completely it will stay up.

Pricing and packaging were good but the promised delivery and response to my emails regarding the tardiness were lacking. Customer service could be better in that regard.
