We had a nice experience here for several reasons. First, we visited on a beautiful, warm (not hot) sunny day, sat on the deck where we could enjoy the beautiful water views, and were entertained by great local musicians. We ordered food and beverages, and if that were the extent of our experience, this would be a 2-Star review. The two women fulfilling the orders were working furiously and probably doing the best they could considering there probably should have been at least 4 employees, not 2. The ordering process was disorganized and frenetic, and the order fulfilling process seemed to be based on whatever could be served the fastest. The ladies were working very hard and seemed overwhelmed, so I don’t entirely fault them. But it was quite a cluster. Interesting to note that the performer commented several times on the gorgeous view from her perspective. The way the staging is configured, the performer looks out onto the water, and the customers, if actually watching the musicians, watch with their backs to the water. I’m not sure there is a fix to this as the power supply is logically next to the building, but it struck me as backward that we were sitting outside on a deck that overlooked the water and mountains, but were not really able to appreciate that unless our backs were to the performers.

Beautiful spot on the water. Counter service only. Nice outdoor patio / dock. Good chowder. Cold beer.

Great spot to grab a drink outside. Decent quality pub food and drink selection. However, they had run out of about half the menu when we visited.

Good spot to relax and have a beer after exploring the national park. Relatively cheap prices on draft beer and the food menu offers mostly pub-style food that goes great with beer. The view was also magnificant!

Food options non-existent, couple Quidi Vidi tap beers, but we went on Open Mic Thursday and the place was HOPPIN'. TOTAL BLAST. There is a beautiful outdoor patio, but unfortunately it was raining when we were there. Highly recommended if there is entertainment and especially if the weather is good!
