Super nice salesman. I have a pretty large property and they got my fence up in no time! They double checked their work before they left to make sure everything was even and in place. I could not be happier with their work and service. I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely now recommend to anyone in the future!

Scheduled a appt for a quote on a fence. I was told salesman would arrive at 11. 1045 received a voicemail he would arrive at 1130. Here it is now past noon. No salesman. Nobody answers their phone at the office. Poor business etiquette. Beware of trying to do business here!!

Only reason I did 2 stars is because the sales man is nice. To get ahold of someone or have someone return your voicemail/email is just about impossible. Called 8 times to pay the final balance throughout the day- took 3 days to actually pay them $. Fence was installed well but one gate was not centered or close to our property, it was just about on the neighbors side of the property line (the side from the garage where you do walkway). To get this corrected we are told $250 - I asked if there is a way for them to work on the price since it’s obviously part of the issue it wasn’t centered and I was told I’ll get a call back after they check with the manager (5x between my husband calling and myself over 2 weeks)- still have yet to hear from them....

Purchased a fence for our new home in April of this year, was told it would be a 1 day project by Bert salesman, needless to say it wasn't. Was told would try to come back in 2 days. Practically had to beg them to come back the next day to get it done as we were having company to our new home. Spoke to owners wife she didn't seem to care much either and when I called to report the issues on day 1 the lady who took the call could have cared less. Found an issue a few weeks ago with the gate latch, no response to my inquire to have it fixed or a cracked slat. Had to reach Bert who then helped to have it taken care of, their resolution was cutting the board on the latch, when they did it they broke off a piece at the bottom and did nothing about it. Have contacted them to repair to no response. They have horrible customer service and clearly do not care about the client. The basics they lack. Would not recommend.

I had them install an aluminum fence. Initially they were accommodating. However once I noticed the polls in the embedded in the ground from the previous fence, I asked them to remove them. Their response was we only cut them below grade. It would be an additional thousand dollars if I wanted them cut and removed $500 per pole Lastly the lock that they put on the gate, I cannot find anyone to cut keys for that lock. Have gone to three major companies, (Home Depot, AC hardware, and a locksmith). Not a happy customer would not recommend them at all Not sure that the person who recommended them receive their gift card
