This is a great product! My order was processed via email communication and was extremely easy to complete. The staff was very helpful and my order was delivered on the date I requested. Installation was easy, the decking locked together quickly and each run was screwed down to the joists of the deck. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a video for a step by step installation and possible "watch-outs." There were no instructions about having to work backwards due to the overhang of an existing cement sill for my patio door, that would not allow me to lock the last run of decking into place. I would highly recommend this product to anyone considering finishing off the surface of a new deck or replacing an existing wood deck.

Knowledgeable staff. Made good comparisons which helped in our decision to use these windows. The showroom displays were very helpful in choosing for our particular window application. ETA for delivery was as promised. Good quality sun-room windows. Great value as well. I will definitely buy from Craft-Bilt again.

Great sales, service and product delivery. Helped me select the right product for my application. Delivered product as ordered, on time (days before agreed to date), and securely/properly packaged. Warehouse staff happily loaded it for me for my pickup/takeaway. Was missing installation screws and silicon...so I called them...and they couriered it to me with out issue/cost. Very happy. Positive recommendation. Chris G

Most of my contractor friends had not seen a deck like this before. It went together very quickly and looks great. I wanted no drips on me below the deck and this does a great job. Thanks.
