We had a Trex deck built by Simply Decks. It’s not only beautiful, but the design they suggested has been great for entertaining. After our deck was done, we decided to have a concrete patio done underneath the deck. I called Simply Decks to see if this was something they did. The salesman we dealt with gave me the name of the concrete company they use, and helped facilitate the process. Now we have a two level space for outdoor living! We couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the quality of work.

The quality of the work these people did was extremely poor. You are taking a big chance if you utilize this company. Please don't go through the hassle we went through, trying to get things fixed. Try to find someone that has more integrity in their services and quality of work.

Simply Decks did an amazing job on our deck. The workers were extremely respectful and did more clean up than I ever expected. They were on time each day and finished when they said they would. I couldn't be happier

These people will promise you anything under the sun, just to get your money. Once they have it they could care less about what you wanted for your home. Made repeated phone calls but never got anywhere. You might as well hire some homeless guys to build your deck because I'm pretty sure that's what they are doing anyway.

We love our new Trex deck. The process was easy and the crew was friendly to work with. Although they weren’t able to give be an exact timeframe, they completed our deck 2 days prior to their estimated completion date. We love our new deck and can’t wait to spend more time outdoors with our family.
