We contacted this company when a rental property owned by my family was left in a very bad state by tenants who had lived there for several years. It was grimy, filthy, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Eric and his team came in and they worked a miracle - they spray-sealed the walls to remove the smoke smell, painted, scrubbed, buffed the floors, and now the place looks (and smells) absolutely amazing! The staff was also very courteous, professional, hard-working and had excellent paint colour suggestions. We highly recommend Clean Freaks, they are worth every penny!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They scammed us! My wife phoned around looking for a company to clean the windows in our house in Kingston. Everyone, including this company, gave telephone quotes of around $125., so she selected Clean Freaks because they could do the work on a day that fit our schedule. A very nice college student arrived in her own car, and, in less than three hours had all our windows sparkling clean. Here is where the problems began. My wife was out, and the cleaner presented me with a bill for $225 plus tax. I was unaware of the amount of the verbal quote, so I wrote a cheque for the amount. I asked for a copy of the invoice and a receipt, and was told that she had to take the invoice back to the office, and was not able to give a receipt. I had to scan the invoice to get a copy for myself. When my wife returned home, she was incredulous. She phoned the Clean Freaks office to clear up the misunderstanding. We were told that this was the price, and, when we disagreed, were told that the manager would call us to straighten things out. We have not heard from them since. So, we got scammed by these folk for $100 +HST. Beware!

Don't do it!! Highly unprofessional and zero communication between staff internally and potential clients. Having staffing issues, a quote from management!
