We recently installed our Tropical sunroom & it looks great. We are happy with the work done. It’s a family owned business & they have a great professional team with them. We would recommend for anyone that’s looking for a similar project. We would specially thank Dave Jr. for his courteous service & also going the extra mile to complete it to our fullest satisfactory. I have seen a few negative comments on after sales service & hopefully they have learned their lesson by now. Thanks again!

Tropical Sunrooms Kitchener has great teams doing installations for them. Recently had some work done on our Tropical Sunroom (which we have loved for ten years) and very happy with the quality of the work, the courteous and expert team that came... they were punctual, thorough, cleaned up great. Thank you Tropical Sunrooms for the enjoyment we have had with your product.

They replaced two windows in my sunroom last fall (took almost 3 months). In the process, they damaged the small eavestrough. Called them three times, each time they said someone would be out to fix it. Almost a year later, still no one out to fix or a call back when they would fix. Nice enough people but their follow up service is AWFUL!!! Very frustrating.

Very poor after sales service and apparently their "guarantee" is not worth the paper it's printed on.
