KP Construction - Custom Builds and Renovations

I recently had my deck built by Konstantin and his crew at KP Construction. We moved into a brand new home last spring but the deck was tiny so me and the wife called around to contractors everywhere for a good deal. At first we only wanted it expanded from it's tiny 6x8 feet size to 10x12. The companies we contacted gave us a price range from $7000-$15000! Told us we would be on a long waiting list, it might not be done until next spring if we are lucky, they would use the existing wood, and a host of other nonsense. Some contractors didn't want to do it because they said the job was too small and not worth their time. Some said it was too far for them to come for such a project. After finally finding KP Construction and seeing his amazing designs we decided to find out when it can be done, the cost and so on. We chose from one of his designs, he gave us the price, time line, what would be done, when it would be done, payment broken down into 4 parts, when delivery of the material would be, when his workers would start, that we would get a 3D model at no extra charge, etc. Is that amazing or what? The price he gave us was $5500. We went to someone we did business with before thinking he'd do it for less, boy were we wrong. He said he could do it for $8,600 plus taxes and material is extra. Keep in mind that the size I originally was going for was 10x12. KP Construction offered us a 10x30' upper and lower level deck for $5.500. Other companies were charging me the prices above for a much smaller, one level deck. KP Construction is as good as their word. There are no hidden costs, they keep you within your budget, never go over, if they say it will be done in a week it will be done in a week or less. Our deck took 3 days and it looks amazing. It's so awesome. We love it. Konstantin keeps you up to date on the progress. Each day you know what will be done. He and his team are professional, effective, efficient, quiet and unbelievably fast. They are reliable, honest, and trustworthy, They take great pride in their work, they have so much integrity. We were very impressed with the quality and speed of their work. You will never find any other company with his business ethics. Other contractors are impressed as well with the quality of their work, as they were going to charge us so much more for KP Constructions design. That alone speaks volume. We have an unfinished basement that we are thinking about finishing, for that job we will be contacting Konstantin and his crew to work their magic as we feel they are the only ones that will be honest, reliable, and capable of finishing our basement; once my wife decides what she wants to do with it.
