Great service! They showed up on time for the initial appointment and gave me an exact quote the same day (instead of an estimate that might increase as the job progressed). They took measurements, reviewed the design and costs with me, and were in and out within 1/2 hour. The cost was only 1/2 of what I was expecting for the most elaborate design, which was the design that I wanted. After I was on the schedule for a deck build, they provided everything I needed for the HOA, had my utilities marked, showed up to do the job when they said they would, and completed the deck in 3 days (I was told 3-5 days for my big job). They even tore out my old deck, plants and weeds. It all happened while I was at work, so I never actually saw anyone working (they were like little deck elves), but each day I came home to fine lots or progress, of which I took some great photos. There were no surprises and no disappointments, and there was minimal wear on my lawn. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for a consultation. No one showed. I left a message about it and no one called me back. Very disappointing service.
