I had a wonderful experience dealing with Deck Home and Patio. In August 2012 I purchased 2 Lloyd Flanders chairs. During the summer of 2014 I noticed that they were falling apart which I felt was unusual for good furniture. I tried to contact Lloyd Flanders but they only correspond through dealers. The store that I bought them from (Deck & Dock) was no longer in business so I called Deck Home and Patio and spoke with Brian Simon. I asked Brian if he could give me a phone number or email address to contact someone at Lloyd Flanders so that I could resolve this issue. Instead of giving me the contact info, Brian offered to handle this for me. I sent him a copy of my receipt along with photos of the defective furniture and he contacted Lloyd Flanders on my behalf. He kept me updated along the way and within 11 days of our initial communication he informed me that Lloyd Flanders would be sending me 2 replacement chairs at no charge. Within weeks I had my new chairs. I was truly amazed with Brian’s generosity in handling this on my behalf since I had never been a customer of his store. He was so nice to deal with and very diligent in following up and keeping me updated. I am definitely going to use Deck Home and Patio for my future patio needs. I also want to commend Lloyd Flanders for handling my claim to my total satisfaction. If you are in need of patio furniture I would highly recommend Deck Home & Patio as I know they will stand behind the products they sell and do everything to achieve customer satisfaction.

NOTICE TO READER: I am the owner of Deck Home & Patio, this review was sent to me by email from a customer who could not access the "Google Review" option. Panni Relle 12:56 PM (1 hour ago) to brian THIS IS A REVIEW ON DECK HOME AND PATIO I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY SPECIFICALLY WITH BRIAN SIMON WHO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST ME. I BOUGHT FURNITURE FOR SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM DECK AND DOCK ABOUT 9 YEARS AGO AND I NEEDED TO FIND OUT WHETHER IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTEE. DECK AND DOCK CLOSED YET BRIAN WENT TO A LOT OF TROUBLE TO LOCATE THE INVOICE AND CHECKED WITH THE MANUFACTURER WHETHER IT WAS UNDER WARRANTEE ALL THIS HE DID NOT NEED TO DO AS HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH DECK AND DOCK YET HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST ME. SUCH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE IS RARE NOWADAYS.I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH DECK HOME AND PATIO. PANNI RELLE

Told us they were closing and had to purchase the set right then and there as they had 2 days left. This was 5 months ago and when I went back in they told me it was just a mistake. It was a cheap sales pitch as they have been open the entire summer. The set I was looking at was still there without a price and it when up $1000 dollars. When I told them about the price difference they told me I should have purchased when I saw it. Never shop at this store and will never recommend.
