Excellent! Highly recommend. Helped us lay out our curved wall glass panels and shipped fast. Answered our installation questions the middle Ute we called with a few questions. Couldn't be happier with Decks Direct and the Invisarail products.

I visited the showroom in Dec of 2017 and picked out deck and railing samples. In May 2018 I contacted the person I originally dealt with to finalize the deck color, railing system, estimate, lead time etc. I was told that the estimators were rather busy and they would get back to me. Contacted the company twice the following week. No reply. Two weeks later still no reply. I moved on to an established company near me to buy the same product. Received the estimate and established a lead time in 3 days.

The showroom had a lot of different choices and the salesman was really helpful.

Product is ok but they love to rip you off by selling bulk packs only. If you need 31 they sell you 40 and they will not open a pack to sell you just one. They got asked that 6 times while I was in the store waiting for my order to be pulled and they say they would never sell a open pack lol BS. If you are ok with paying a extra 60.00 just to get that extra baluster then this place is for you. To the response they made, I did order online and picked them up at the warehouse. Still don't see why they cant open a case and sell singles
