Dr. Dennis is amazing!! After just 1 treatment I felt so much better. I was in a lot of pain with my back and my leg and he really helped me. I would recommend him to anyone!

The coaches are phenomenal- they really try to get to know you and your skill set, so they know when to push and how hard. The community is one of the most supportive group of people I’ve ever come across. I’ve always felt very self conscious when working out, but I feel right at home at QDA. I can’t say enough great things about this gym- highly recommend!

You will not get better CrossFit coaching anywhere in Buffalo. The owner knows his stuff. I came here for a week while on vacation and learned a ton. The equipment is good and the location is very cool but you might want to get here early as it is a little hard to find. Plenty of parking though.

Spent the week in Buffalo training with a new employer and wanted to get my WOD on as many times durning the week as possible! Was so happy to find QD, Dennis, and his crew!!! Such a warm and welcoming group of peeps! At times, my arse was kicked, although i thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the other woders, and the WODs!!! Fantatsic!!
