If you go to Niagara Falls and don't check out Cave of the Winds, you're really missing out. If you check out Cave of the Winds and you don't venture up onto the hurricane deck, you're REALLY missing out! The hurricane deck forces you to appreciate the power of water and the power of nature. You can be hit with a tiny amount of water from the smallest fall (Bridal Veil) and still be pushed around. It's amazing - highly recommend it.

A decent experience was expecting more underground travel.

It is possible to stay dry while on the hurricane deck, but it is very difficult. Expect getting wet and being amazed. The power of the falls is felt first hand while you're on the deck. This is a must if you do the wind cave walking tour (which I highly recommend).

You definitely have to do this!
