Gives you excellent views of the falls, but it does not extend out as far as you might think - you won't get a complete viewpoint of the entire Horseshoe Falls. Still, for $1.25 per person for an unlimited time on the deck, it is well worth it. The main problem you'll find is that it will be tough to get to the edge of the deck for a good photo. Also, be prepared to have a lot of strangers in your photo background if it's busy (which it more than likely will be). As a side note, if you plan on doing the Maid of the Mist boat tour, that ticket includes admission to the observation deck, so hold off on buying a ticket to just the deck if you are also planning on going on the ferry.

The lowest price I was able to find for an attraction in Niagara Falls. Just $1.25 - you can go on the deck and you can go below the deck and take stares to the fall. You get little wet but in the summer days it is just perfect. Must do attraction!

Amazing views from this place is a treat for eyes. Get to see the famous Rainbow bridge on one side and both the Niagara Falls on the other side. There are good quality benches to sit on and watch the nature’s miracle. The elevators going downstairs the observation tower go directly to maid of the mist and a walkway near the American falls. This place is awesome. Have been here twice till now.

A great vantage point to see the falls from. Only provides a partial view of the Canadian falls though, but the best that you can get while on the American side of the falls. It doubles as an access route to the lifts for the maid of the mist. Be sure to look at the rainbow bridge from the observation deck. We saw double rainbows. PS, expect crowds at all times. Also, make sure you visit it once as the sun is setting. The setting sun creates a lovely Color on the mist pushed up by the Canadian falls. It's also a great point to see the point where the rescue took place from (see the Imax movie to find out more)

This was an excellent vantage point for the falls. The view from this point was well worth the price. It was neat to see the falls crashing down on the rocks and draining into the river. You get a clear picture of the the the beautiful green colors as well. Definatly worth the stop.
