We purchased this wonderful Softub product and it took just over 2 weeks to arrive at our home. It was so quick to set it up and took less than 24 hours to heat to 104F using only cold water. We chose the 2 person size and we love the compact design for our needs. We're snowbirds so this will be perfect when we leave for the winter all we have to do is empty it then roll it into the shed to keep it clear of the snow and winter elements. The only thing I wish is that it came with a starter kit as we didn't realize it didn't have one with it but I called Softub Canada and they were very helpful and recommended a place to get chemicals immediately or I could order from them and they would send them out. If you're looking for a great hot tub without the super high cost this is the one for you! Great customer service, and best of all it's manufactured in CANADA! Thank you Softub!

It extends our season with our pool! I take it off the deck in the fall and use it in the garage in the winter! Easy to drain and maintain!

It is not my normal behaviour to do surveys or write reviews but my experience purchasing a new Softtub simply motivated me to share ! First the friendly competent way the staff at Softtub answered all my questions was very refreshing ! In this day of retail disappointments, to find a company like Softtub who delivers the whole package from service to the product is so pleasing. I had multiple dealings with the owner Wayne Fraser and he is so committed to making sure each customer receives the best service possible. The Softtub I purchased was so easy to transport and set up. It looks so natural and inviting on my deck at the cottage. In a matter of a few hours I was enjoying a great spa experience in a great tub. I am using it at my cottage for the summer but it is so easy to transport, I am going to set up my Softtub at my home for the winter. Couldn't be more satisfied with Softtub !!! A very sincere thanks to Wayne and all his staff. Great experience and an even better product !! Sincerely Randy Marshall.

I purchased a Softub last fall and have loved it since I brought it home. Amazingly, I did it all without a friend or buddy to help me - I did it all. The box went on the back of the truck, I was able to roll it to my deck and do the install completely solo. Truly portable and easy. I used it all winter and it kept the heat, which really surprised me. It's been a great addition to my backyard project.
