Part of the National Theatre where you can hold private events, meetings. Wonderful views over the Thames and City. Catering is excellent, good bar area plus good equipment for presentations if required. Staff were efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Worth checking out if you need to plan something special.

Its the Best Roof-top venue at the National Theatre(4th floor), river side.. Love this place., Good for Small or mid size Parties, but only for warm part of the year.. Not really that comfortable when its raining and damm cold outside.. but in a Warm summery weather this is a Fantastic Place.. Parking can be found in the same building, entrance to the front or to save money park other-side of the road..

Atop the National Theatre sits a hireable modern conservatory with decent views over the Thames. I used this space for an event recently and I can recommend it for hospitality events in central London. Despite using the space in Winter, the temperature inside was actually much better than I anticipated. The only danger is that you have to go outside to get to it, so if there's heavy rain then it's a bit inconvenient. But that's pretty much the only downside here. The space has a good AV and lighting setup, with a good sound system and some large televisions that can be hired. The space is very versatile and can be decorated in almost any way. It's a blank slate, and I would definitely recommend decorating if you intend to use the space, as it looks a bit blank on its own. This place was built for the views over the Thames, and you get a pretty beautiful view of the river bank between Somerset House directly opposite and St Pauls a mile East. There's plenty of balcony space outside the room itself if the weather is good, but you still get a good view from indoors if it's raining thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff are attentive and friendly and can provide lots of advice and examples of how the space can be used. Thoroughly recommended.
