Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the constantly changing timeline. Did not feel valued as a customer. Was very quick to come give us an estimate (June 10th) and his pricing was fair. However, after the initial completion date given (July 8-10) it kept changing (July 16-20, July 24 or 25, July 28, July 30) with no notice. We were never called when they weren't able to come and they were difficult to reach. Kept getting the excuse, "we got really busy". Finally completed July 30 and although the job was done well and they tidied nicely after themselves, they left without any discussion over final billing or inspection of their work.

was very rude. would tell me he would come over to look at the fence to fix it ..then never shows or calls.... i had to track him down only for him to tell me to call another company..... have used them before thinking they would like having a repeat customer..... guess not

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation of our fence and getting the remainder of the fence/gates in our yard up to code for our pool. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule in order to secure our yard in a timely manner when the pool construction was complete.

Steve was a nice guy, he worked fast and made the posts straight as an arrow. However, I asked for specific depth, which he said he could do, said he did after the job was done, but I measured and found that he lied. I wasted money on posts that were extra long. When I asked why he didn't do what he said he did, he said posts didn't need to go so deep. It doesn't matter, he wasn't honest.
