Really enjoyed working with Wendy and Real. Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had to work out conflicting needs from the two neighbours I share the fences with, this means the style, height and scope changed at least 5 times - Wendy was very patient and understanding. The fence we went with was a 6ft pressure treated fence with 6x6 posts. My land is very rocky, so drilling the 4ft was quite the effort. The distance between posts fluctuates a bit, but I think that's a byproduct of manoeuvring the huge stones in the ground - you need to be paying attention to really notice. I knocked one star off because there are a few finishing touches that they could have done better - There were three boards that are stained that were installed - they really should have tossed those boards rather than installing them. Also, a piece of scrap wood was used to support the lock latch - it really looks like an afterthought. I'm confident these small details will be resolved. Overall, I would recommend Proscape. My neighbours seem to be pleased as well, there are two others that are planning on giving them a call after seeing the work.

I am eager to share my appreciation for the great work and talent that this amazing team put at our house. The first time I met Mr. Real I acknowledged his technical expertise and integrity......Mrs. Wendy was extremely patient and cooperative during the design process.....My gut feeling of trust and confidence was further strengthened when I met the technical team that came to the house for the first day of the project. My wife was impressed also with how well organized and neat they were. The end result ? An amazing deck that brought beauty to our house beyond our expectations. Words are not enough to express our appreciation and gratitude Mr. Real and Mrs. Wendy. Continued success in your projects and personal happiness for you and your loved ones.

I was referred Proscape from a friend, went on there website and was impressed, but thought this company will probably be expensive. I called and had Mr. Real come to look at our job, the next day we had a 3D drawing and the price soon followed. I have hired many contractors and companies over the last 15 years and have come to believe that the cheapest is not always the best way to go. Mr.Real was very clear on what, when and how the job would be done. This top notch company husband, wife, and small crew demolished and installed in a week.My wife and I are very happy, I hope it was enjoyable Mr. Real even though you claim that our job cost you money, Kim and I will think of you when we enjoy our new deck or as you suggested if we decide to park a car on it.
