Sub'd out a handicap deck job to them. They started out with great communication and work but then they stopped mid project and Jeff went on a vacation. He would not respond to any calls or text, I called his office daily and never got answer nor a call back. He finally picked the job back up over a month later. Fast forward almost a year, I called him to see if he would be interested in taking on another deck at the same location, (yes it was a huge headache dealing with the complete abandonment and communication the first time around but the product at the end was great) He said he would love the opportunity and HE told me he would have me a price the next day... Two weeks later and he won't answer calls, nor texts, nor emails, It shows on my iphone that he has read my messages so I know he gets them, why not just pass on the opportunity? Jeff Weidner is whom I dealt with. UPDATE I have since heard from Jeff, Though sadly it was not business oriented. See photo below.

After contacting 2 other "Porch Builders" and getting very little interest, I contacted Decks Unlimited to look at my 100 year old Porch, I wanted a realistic overview of what was needed. Jeff came and surveyed the whole structure, he clearly explained what was wrong and how we needed to fix it, it was falling down on its own, unfortunately for me it meant a total tear down and rebuild. I was a little nervous about pulling it down and starting again, both aesthetically and cost ... i should not have worried about either, the quote was very fair, and the work progressed smoothly. Jeff took time before the build, to help me chose the materials, and blend the colors to make it look original and tie back into the house's appearance. The guys who worked on it, were very careful with my garden and my home, not one flower was damaged, and everything was done with the most care. Now it's finally finished, only 3 weeks from start to completion, and it's amazing, it looks so original it hardly looks like it was touched, apart from the fact is all strong and shiny new, and made of composite & Vinyl. Of course it looks very different to me, but the request to make it look identical was achieved. Decks Unlimited are very professional, Stacey kept me upto date along the way, and the result ... Fabulous, I'm sure you'll agree. Great team, great work, great customer service. thank you Jeff & the whole team.

We used Decks Unlimited to finish our basement. Jeff is truly a refreshing person to do business with. Its a rarity to do business with people today that are responsive and communicate clearly. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and he did the job at a great price. I would highly recommend Decks Unlimited to anyone considering finishing their basement/installing a new deck.

We found Decks Unlimited when over 70 feet of our privacy fence blew down during a bad wind storm. We explained our safety concern to the owner, Jeff. Within hours, his company was out and put up a temporary orange mesh fence. Throughout the entire process of dealing with Jeff, he could not have been better to work with.  Our new fence looks fantastic. The crew made sure everything was level and looked great and were very professional. Thank you Decks Unlimited!

Jeff is outstanding, very professional and a hard worker. Can't say enough about him, Manny, Jay and Stacy. We love our composite deck and stamped concrete patio. Satisfaction is of priority to Jeff.
