Joe designed a great deck for our above ground pool. He was the first to call back and schedule a quote. Called several companies and he was the most attentive to our needs. Dennis did the actual labor, he was so professional and his attention to detail was well above par. The work was done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company!!

Installed a new deck using pressure treated lumber. Finished the project as promised. Deck started showing signs of wear in 3 months. In 3 months, Wood started warping, splitting and a knot hole popped out. Joe refused to take the ownership citing contract, and that the material warranty is limited to 1 month. I agree with the contract and was ready to pay to replace a few boards. They dont take my call anymore and does not respond to emails. I took the opinion from a few local contractors and they all agreed that the material used is not a good quality and that 3 months is too quick for wood to warp and split. I will stay away from anyone who refuse to take ownership for their work. -- Just saw the response 2 years after I posted it. I don't remember now why i mentioned 1 month warranty? I was probably told so when i called to report the issue. As per contract, builder is not responsible for warping, splitting etc. But they do offer 1 year for labor. The catch here is that the wood is picked by the contractor, so you are kind of hoping that they pick the best for you. Ok..so Joe offered that he will take a look, and never showed up. So I tried following up which was never answered, good to know that my calls were ignored. Eventually I did learn one or two things about wood, and was able to fix it myself.
