It's a very good workout. I felt the impact on my legs the next day. Definitely we will come back again to enjoy the tranquil beauty of the climbing.

Great trail, amazing lookout at the top. Trail is quite rocky and not easy for beginners. Dogs are admitted in the trails (on leash)

This was a great long hike only for 5$ in a beautiful location (Au diable vert, Sutton) . It was 6 hours up and back down in total, fairly easy to follow the trail but it's important to keep an eye out and not get off trail by mistake, that's no fun! I brought plenty of water.. maybe 6 bottles, snacks, sandwiches, a sweater, bug spray, sunscreen, hat, phone and other necessities, all in a comfortable backpack, and I was in sport clothing and running shoes of course. Some people bring hiking sticks but I just grabbed some branches and it did the trick! This is the longest and most difficult hike on this site so you have many other hiking trails there that are of various lenghts and difficulty levels, there also is the mohawk lake on site where a bunch of activities are available... All in all a really nice place for active people who like the outdoors! The view at the roundtop was beautiful, it makes the hike that much more worth it and satifying!
