The product itself is good but buyers beware of the awful post-purchase service. The staff runs around as if they have no idea what's going on. Waited 3 months to have 3 blinds replaced, had to keep calling to get an appointment. This company has relatively no idea how to handle post-purchase warranty requests and how to handle customers.

The Product is very good, the service sucks a bit ! Old style business mentality, week communication, no respect for deadlines, I had to run after my sales rep to answer me and reply to my e-mails. Same thing for the project manager (responsible for installation). A bit frustrating to deal with them; however, the product is really good.

We purchased a solarium from this company and years later when we had to replace a broken crank handle we called them to fix it. When they came it took about 4 minutes and they charged us $222. The crank handle is white and solarium is dark brown and it looks just awful.

Solarium 4 saisons!!!
